Prior Lake Recreation Presents: Concerts in the Park 2011. Free Music Performances for the Entire Family to Enjoy at Lakefront Park 5000 Kop Parkway Prior Lake! Thursday evenings June-August, concerts start at 7pm, but come early for the Chamber Market! Food, Vendors & fun each week 5pm-8pm.

FREE BEACH PARTY
Come to the Beach for a big party from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Activities, face painting, crazy hair coloring, DJ with live music, games, crafts and free parking too. Hot dog lunch & concessions available at great prices. Bring the family and join the fun. NOTE: No lifeguards on duty. No registration required.

Mini-Sport Camp helps children explore baseball, soccer, lacrosse, and flag football in a fun and non-competitive setting. No pressure, just lots of fun through unique Sports Unlimited games. The Mini-Sport staff and coaches are trained to meet the special needs of young children as they take their first steps into sports. Participants receive a Mini-Sport t-shirt and water bottle. All participants should bring shin guards, appropriate clothing, two snacks, a water bottle, sun screen, tennis shoes or soccer shoes (no metal spikes) each day. In the event of a rain out the make-up lessons will take place on the Friday of the session week.

Summer Supremo Session 1 Game Show Theme: Each day you are trapped in a different game show. Can you make it through the entire week to claim the prize?? Kick off the summer with this 4 day session. We will have all playground leaders in one location: Lakefront Park. Play many different games in large and small groups, do some cool crafts, go swimming and have a great time. Don’t forget a bag lunch, beverage, suit and towel each day. Note: No lifeguards on duty, but summer staff will supervise children in water at all times.

Join the City of Prior Lake Recreation staff as we travel to Valleyfair. Trip will be chaperoned by our summer staff, 6 children per leader, supervised at all times. Admission, transportation, supervision included in fee. Please bring a bag lunch and extra money if needed. Trip will be going rain or shine.

Join the City of Prior Lake Recreation staff as we travel to Skyzone in Plymouth, an indoor trampoline park. You will literally bounce off the walls with the all new 3D Dodgeball. Trip will be chaperoned by our summer staff, 6 children per leader, supervised at all times. Admission, transportation, supervision included in fee. Please bring a bag lunch and extra money if needed. Trip will be going rain or shine.

Come to Lakefront Park for our New Camp Wannaplay Program. This is for the kids that are too you young for Tot Lot or for the kids that just want to add more fun to their week. Learn new songs, play new games, make new friends & have lots of fun with our great summer staff! A new theme each week, Safari Adventure, Fiesta Party, Clowning Around, Fishing for Fun, Rock’n Out, Sport Day, Just Buggy, Cooking Party, Monkey Mania & Christmas in July!
Who: 2 & up (if under 3 parent needs to stay with child)

Join us for National Campout and pitch your tent at Lakefront Park. We will have our summer staff there to grill hot dogs, play games, do some fishing, roast marshmallows and lots more fun. Bring your camping chairs and any other camping gear you may need for this overnight adventure. Tents are available for rent for $10 if needed.
